Tracy has been an agency owner since 1997 with Farm Bureau Insurance. She specializes in personal conversations with clients to determine their needs. Problem-solving is her specialty. She lives in Engadine with her husband Chad, has three grown children, and a granddaughter. Community is important to her; she’s volunteered on the school board since 2016, coached cross country since 2016, and volunteers at community events. In her spare time, she loves to do anything outdoors and spend time with family.

Jessica Golat CISR
BUSINESS COORDINATOR
Jess is our business coordinator with a focus on Home, Auto, and Farm policies, as well as the agency’s office manager. Along with being a fully licensed agent staff member, she also has her CISR designation, qualifying her to make coverage and risk management recommendations to our clients. Away from the office, she spends her time maintaining a small family-run cattle ranch with her mom and siblings located in the Germfask area – which requires similar levels of caffeine and patience.

Abigail Streeter
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Abby was born and raised in the UP of Michigan. As a fully licensed sales agent, her main focus is business files, supporting and organizing ongoing company changes, and social media outreach for the agency. Away from the office, she spends time with her husband and daughter on the lake, camping, or on the trails on side-by-sides.

ACCOUNT MANAGER
Amy was born and raised in the UP of Michigan. Her main role in the office is master organizer. She is fully licensed and available to answer all of your questions. If she can't, she'll find someone who can. When she’s not in the office, you can usually find her camping, hunting, reading, riding the trails, or, more importantly, spending time with her daughter!
